Astrid Hagerdal

Astrid Hagerdal is currently an Agile Team Coach at IKEA, leveraging extensive project management experience. Previously, they held various roles, including Scrum Master at IKEA Group and Project Leader at IKEA Services AB, where they led significant global implementations and agile transformations. Astrid's early career included positions as a Cash Manager at Loomis and an IT Trainee at H&M, where they gained insights into cross-functional processes. They co-founded and served as President of the Gothenburg International Student Association, enhancing their leadership skills. Astrid holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Gothenburg and a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University.
