Bartosz Tylkowski

Bartosz Tylkowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production leadership and process improvement, notably within GE Energy and IKEA. As a Plastic Parts Production Leader at GE Energy, Bartosz managed multiple production areas, executed production plans, and initiated continuous improvement projects. Subsequent roles included Sourcing/Project Leader and Transfer of Work/Project Leader, where responsibilities involved leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets. At Inter IKEA Group, Bartosz served as an IPS Senior Lean Navigator, providing change management support and training across production factories in Europe. Currently, as a Global IPS Competence Leader at IKEA, Bartosz focuses on site performance, process assessment, and organizational training.
