Bilgen Sezer

Bilgen Sezer is the CFO of IKEA Switzerland and has over twenty years of extensive experience in internal and external auditing across retail, supply chain, and telecommunications. They began their career as a Senior External Auditor at BDO and subsequently held various roles at Doğan Holding and Nokia, ultimately rising to the position of Financial Services Manager. At IKEA, Bilgen served as Senior Internal Auditor and later as Group Internal Audit Manager and Leader within the Ingka Group. Additionally, they are passionate about leadership development and serve as a trained coach and facilitator. Bilgen obtained their education from Istanbul University and completed executive education at The London School of Economics, along with further training at Schouten & Nelissen.
