Bogdan Pode

Bogdan Pode is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational leadership. As a founding member and president at AT4T from May 1998 to April 2002, Bogdan established foundational leadership skills. Subsequent roles at IKEA from April 2015 to December 2021 included Global People & Culture Leader, where strategic partnerships were formed with senior management teams supporting global digital initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Human Invest and as a Consulting Partner, alongside leadership roles in AIESEC in Romania. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from West University of Timisoara and a Master's degree from CUOA Business School.
