Brigid Boyle is a global mobility tax and compliance leader based in the Netherlands. Having relocated in early 2019, they joined the mobility team at IKEA Global HQ (Ingka Group) after a decade of experience in international taxation and mobility. Brigid began their career at Ernst & Young (EY) in New Zealand, where they provided compliance and consultative advice on employee global mobility programs. Currently, they serve as the Employment Tax & Compliance Mobility Leader at IKEA, advising on tax and compliance elements of the company's mobility approach. Brigid holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury and a similar degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
