Carl Stigmar

Carl Stigmar currently serves as the Unit People & Culture Manager for the Älmhult Store at IKEA, where they lead the People agenda. Previously, Carl was a People & Culture Leader at Inter IKEA Group, overseeing HR initiatives for IKEA Museum and IKEA Hotell, and held various HR roles at IKEA Svenska Försäljnings AB in Barkarby, including Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner. Carl began their career in HR with positions as an HR assistant and project leader, supporting the build-up of a centre of expertise within the organization. They earned a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Lund from 2006 to 2010.
