Helen 陈晓芸 Chen has over 14 years of experience in the supply chain and logistics sector, with the last 12 years focusing on customs operations and trade compliance across the Asia Pacific region. They held multiple roles at 宝洁, including Demand Planning Manager and Customs Compliance Manager, as well as being the Import/Export Logistics Regional Manager. Additionally, Helen served as the Customs & Trade Compliance Manager for APAC at 宜家 in 2017. They earned a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from 上海交通大学 in 2011.
