Chet Ko has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Dairy Farm IKEA North Asia, overseeing operations in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau since May 2011. Previously, Chet held several roles within Dairy Farm IKEA Taiwan, including Country Customer Relations Manager and Customer Experience Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Assistant Manager of Account and Technical Support at Blizzard Entertainment from May 2009 to April 2011, and leadership roles at American Express from March 2003 to March 2009, where responsibilities included Team Leader of the Customer Support Center and Quality Control Specialist. Chet holds a degree from National Taiwan University, completed from 1994 to 1998, and graduated from Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School from 1991 to 1994.
