Ciara Dolan is a digital transformation and product management consultant with over 15 years of global experience at major companies, including IKEA, Google, and Banco Santander. Currently a Product Management Consultant, Ciara enables product teams to improve performance and deliver user-centric products. While at IKEA, Ciara drove a digital product strategy that significantly increased product adoption, and at Google, Ciara implemented systems to enhance customer support. Ciara holds a Master’s degree in e-commerce and a Bachelor's degree in International Management, along with a Pastry Diploma from Le Cordon Bleu Madrid.
