Cindy Ni

Cindy Ni is an experienced tax professional currently serving as International Tax Manager for M&A at IKEA since September 2025. Prior to this role, Cindy held the position of Global Direct Tax Manager at Rituals from August 2023 to July 2025. Cindy's career in tax began at PwC Nederland, where a tenure from June 2016 to July 2023 included roles as Manager Deals Tax, Senior Associate Deals Tax, and Associate Deals Tax, alongside a Werkstudent position and a Tax & HRS vacation job. Cindy holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law from Tilburg University and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Tax Law also from Tilburg University, complemented by education at Lund University and Valuascollege, where foundational studies in economics and society were completed.
