Danielle Pierce

Danielle Pierce MA, MBIFM is currently a Facilities Manager for IKEA, overseeing multisite operations since 2024. Previously, they served as the Facilities Manager at the International School of Brussels from 2017 to 2024, managing hard and soft FM services for a large international school. Their extensive experience also includes roles at Acacia Facilities Management Limited, McArthurGlen Group, and Kier Group, among others, where they honed skills in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Design from Goldsmiths College, University of London, completed in 1997.
