Dimitri Hirsch

Dimitri Hirsch is currently the Country Food Manager for IKEA Netherlands, where they focus on supporting long-term growth and profitability in the food sector. They have previously held various managerial roles within the food and beverage industry, including Deputy Country Food Manager and Country Food Manager in Korea, as well as positions in multiple hospitality establishments. Dimitri is fluent in French, Dutch, and English, with basic knowledge of Spanish and Indonesian, and is currently learning Korean. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management from the International Hospitality Management School in the Netherlands.
