Don Guzman

Don Guzman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operations management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IKEA since January 2016. Prior to this role, Don held the position of Operations Manager and Assistant General Manager at Tory Burch, where responsibilities included team development and enhancing customer service. Don also served as Store Manager at Desigual, overseeing business operations and fostering local partnerships. Early career experience includes positions at The Ligaya Group as a photographer and at Coach, where significant sales achievements and operational efficiencies were realized. Don holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing from the College of Southern Nevada.
