Doris Lan

Doris Lan has extensive experience in the retail sector, primarily with IKEA since November 1998, where roles include Country Retail Manager and Chief Strategy Officer, as well as Country Commercial Manager and Area Manager for IKEA Netherlands. Doris has held various management positions within IKEA Retail in China and served as Business Developer for wood and wood-based materials in IKEA Trading South East Asia. Prior to joining IKEA, Doris was the Food and Beverage Manager at Xijiao Hotel from August 1996 to October 1998. Doris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Sun Yat-sen University, earned from September 1992 to July 1996.
