Ed Rifo

Ed Rifo has extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. As the Executive Director for Ponoka Victim Services and Leduc & District Victim Services, Ed Rifo focused on delivering effective services to victims of crime and managing agency operations in accordance with governmental guidelines. In the role of Owner at ER Consulting, Ed Rifo provides risk assessments and personal safety training to diverse clientele. Currently serving as the Business Risk & Compliance Manager at IKEA Group since October 2016, Ed Rifo also held the position of Provincial Director, Operations Support at Alberta Health Services from 2000 to 2011, overseeing a vast network of facilities and staff. Further experience includes serving as the Executive Director at Venture Academy for Troubled Teens, where Ed Rifo led organizational development in alignment with the founder's vision. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration and certificates in Security Management from the University of Alberta.
