Elin Winquist

Elin Winquist has extensive experience in financial control and project management across various industries, including telecommunications, real estate, and healthcare. Starting as a Project Controller at Ericsson, Elin managed cost follow-up for R&D projects and was instrumental in implementing a new SAP structure. Subsequent roles included Business Controller positions at MKB Fastighets AB and ST-Ericsson, where responsibilities involved budget planning, financial reporting, and process improvements. Elin also served as a controller at Tunstall AB and Region Skåne, enhancing financial processes and advising management. Currently, Elin holds the position of Group Digital Financial Controller at IKEA. Elin earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration focused on Organization and Leadership from Lund University.
