Emma Hopper

Emma Hopper is a seasoned professional in learning and development, having held key roles at IKEA Group and Wickes Home Improvement. At IKEA Group, Emma served as a UK/IE Competence Development Specialist and later as a Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included inspiring store management teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning among co-workers.
