Eric Hua

Eric Hua is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as HR Manager at Inter IKEA Group since June 2011, Eric has contributed to business growth through strategic partnership with managers and has held various roles, including Recruitment Specialist and Senior HR Project Specialist. Prior to Inter IKEA Group, Eric worked at JUNEYAO Airlines as a Recruitment Specialist and at Rhodia (China) in a similar capacity. Earlier career experience includes a role as HR Specialist and a background in design as a Designer at Shanghai Dadi Design Co., Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor’s degree in Environment Art and Design from Donghua University.
