Eva Sotsas

Eva Sotsas is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as a Real Estate Development Leader at IKEA since 2023. With a strong foundation in business management, Eva holds a Master of Arts in Immobilienmanagement from FH Wien der WKW, completed in 2020, and has also obtained degrees in Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung and Unternehmensführung from the same institution. Eva has held various positions throughout their career, including Assistant to the Management at DRG Deutsche Realitäten GmbH and Deputy Managing Director at the same company from 2020 to 2023, helping to shape their expertise in the field. Prior to this, they worked in sales, personnel planning and development, and administrative roles in different organizations, building a diverse skill set in real estate and business operations.
