Floor Steinweg is currently the Country Implementation Lead at IKEA, where they focus on understanding customer needs and fostering meaningful connections. Previously, Floor held various roles at KLM, where they contributed to customer-oriented initiatives and policies, and at bol.com, where they led multiple projects aimed at enhancing customer happiness and loyalty. Floor's educational background includes a Master’s degree in European Studies from the Universiteit van Amsterdam, complemented by a language course in Spanish in Sevilla.
