Franck van Rieke

Franck van Rieke currently serves as a People and Culture Manager at IKEA since July 2016, having previously held roles such as Sales Manager and Communication & Interior Design Manager. Prior experience includes positions at IKEA Groningen as an HR Adviseur and Waarnemend HR Manager from April 2008 to July 2016, as well as a role as Intercedent at MF uitzendbureau from September 2007 to March 2008. Franck began a career at H&M in April 2003 as a Floormanager after completing a management traineeship, later overseeing administration while studying at the University of Groningen, where a Bachelor's degree in Mediastudies was earned. Franck also holds an HBO degree in Facility Management from Hanze, completed in 2007.
