James Palm is a strategic, people-centered product leader with over 25 years of experience in product strategy, innovation, and coaching. They have served as an Agile Coach at Doro Group and have held various leadership roles at Jayway by Devoteam, Momail AB, and IKEA, among others, where they led teams in the design and development of digital solutions. Currently, James co-founded Bedrom Spirits and is pursuing a degree in Creative Leadership at Kaospilots Aarhus. James is also engaged in non-profit initiatives, empowering newly arrived talents in the software design and development sector through Talent Without Borders.
