Jan Douw held various roles within the retail and food sectors, beginning with an internship at Flexotels in early 2013. Jan transitioned to IKEA Nederland in 2017 as Acting Teammanager Sales and later served as Teammanager Sales. Jan furthered expertise at IKEA Group, taking on roles such as Teammanager IKEA FOOD and Aspirant Teammanager Logistics during a traineeship. Additional experience includes a position as a Salesman at Makro Cash and Carry NL and a Graduate Internship with Gemeente Best. In November 2024, Jan returned to IKEA in roles including Business Navigator and various managerial positions in the food department.
