Jason Kelley

Jason Kelley has extensive experience in safety, security, and risk management, currently serving as the Field (Regional) Safety & Security Specialist for IKEA Group since May 2008. In this role, Kelley ensures compliance with IKEA Group policies and regulatory requirements while providing risk management assistance for assigned stores. Previous experience includes a position as Safety and Security Manager at IKEA, where responsibilities encompassed conducting audits and training, and supporting expansion efforts within the U.S. Prior to IKEA, Kelley worked as a Loss Prevention Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, successfully turning around underperforming departments. Kelley holds an Airframe & Powerplant Rating from Sierra Academy of Aeronautics and a high school diploma with a focus on Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts.
