Jim Ralley is a seasoned Learning Experience Designer and Technologist with a diverse background in creating innovative educational programs and experiences. They have held various roles, including Learning Lead at Hyper Island and Senior Learning Designer at IKEA, where they collaborate with teams to enhance learning initiatives. Jim's experience extends to significant engagements with renowned clients such as Accenture and the BBC, and they have been involved in multiple projects that focus on arts, technology, and community engagement. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of an AI Learning Tech Startup, driving analytics for Learning and Development teams. Jim holds an MA in Arts Management Policy and Practice from the University of Manchester.
