João Silva

João Silva is currently the Country Selling Manager at IKEA, having held various roles within the company since 2019, including Sales Manager, Acting Sales Manager, and Deputy Sales Manager. In addition to their extensive experience at IKEA, they worked as a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull and held multiple key positions at Decathlon Portugal, including Department Manager and Store Operations Manager. They earned a Licentiate degree in Biomechanics from Instituto Politécnico de Leiria, building a foundation for a career in retail and management. With a background in retail since a young age, João has developed a diverse skill set across different businesses.
