Joy Huang

Joy Huang currently serves as the Director and Head of China Innovation & Co-creation at IKEA, where they lead innovative customer touchpoints and foster a proactive innovation mindset throughout the organization. Prior to this role, Joy worked as a Manager at Deloitte China from 2015 to 2020, focusing on innovation consulting and business development. Joy is also a certified facilitator of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, alongside a Master of Science in International Marketing Management from the University of Leeds.
