Jun Duan

Jun Duan is currently the Human Resource Director at IKEA China, where they focus on people strategy and leadership development. Previously, Jun served as an HR Supervisor at HTC, a Change Management Consultant at ylivieskan Sutukunta, and a Business Culture Trainer at ABB Finland. They contributed significantly to IKEA in various roles, including BP Manager and HR Manager, where they implemented local HR action plans and enhanced co-worker relations. Jun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource and Quality Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
