Keely Poon is a seasoned real estate development leader with over 18 years of experience across the commercial, residential, and retail sectors within the property and construction industry. Having worked with clients, consultants, and contractors, Keely project managed significant initiatives, such as CBA’s first activity-based working fitout and IKEA’s first mixed-use development in Southeast Asia. Keely previously held key roles at IKEA, Lendlease, and Turner & Townsend, demonstrating a strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and optimize asset performance. Currently, Keely continues to enhance expertise in commercial real estate investment through ongoing studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
