Koen V. is the Founder of SowFlow, a documentation system launched in July 2022 that aims to streamline business processes through organized, easily updatable guides. Currently serving as Digital Launch Leader at IKEA since August 2023, Koen V. previously worked as Management Consultant at INQA from July 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities expanded from analyst to project manager in diverse digital, sustainability, IT, and growth projects across multiple countries. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager Master and Vice-Chairman of the Board at STAR Study Association Rotterdam School of Management and a Retail Intern at Shell. Koen V. holds a Master’s degree in Business Information Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, complemented by a VWO diploma in Economie & Maatschappij from Roncalli Scholengemeenschap.
