Laia Andreu Lopez began their career with IKEA as a People & Culture Trainee in 2010 and quickly advanced to Market Manager by the age of 26 after participating in a young talent development program. With extensive experience in various business areas such as People and Culture, Customer Relations, and Sales, they have held multiple roles including Sales Manager and CEO Assistant at Ingka Group. Currently, Laia serves as the Country Retail Manager and Chief Sustainability Officer at IKEA, with a passion for traveling, people, and yoga. They hold degrees in Psychology and Labor Relations from Universitat Ramon Llull.
