Lars Heller is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in supply chain and fulfillment operations management. Currently serving as the Country Fulfillment Availability and Support Manager at IKEA, Lars oversees replenishment and customer fulfillment planning across Canada. They have lived and worked in four countries, including Germany, Ireland, China, and Canada, leading teams at both unit and area levels.
