Maynard Segovia is currently the Interior Design Manager at IKEA, where they lead and support the planning and execution of in-store activities, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and safety standards. They have a history of coaching teams, managing schedules, and utilizing market insights to enhance store media. Maynard's extensive experience in interior design and visual merchandising includes roles ranging from First Interior Designer to Design Consultant throughout their career at IKEA and other organizations. They are also pursuing a bachelor's degree at both De La Salle University - CSB and the University of Santo Tomas.
