Michael Baldivia is a Senior Project Leader at INGKA Group, currently leading strategic digital transformation projects. With a robust background in the retail industry, they have experience in global product development, sales, and market development, as well as operations at the country level. Previously, Michael served as a Project Leader for the IKEA Product Information Management Programme, facilitating business digital transformation. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from UNSW and have recently completed a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems at Linnaeus University.
