Michaela Schütze

Michaela Schütze is currently serving as the Global Platform Efficiency Leader for IKEA New Business, focusing on enabling the platform to scale efficiently through process improvement and automation. Michaela has held various positions at IKEA, including Country Service Business Leader and Global Business Development Leader for IKEA for Business. Prior to joining IKEA, Michaela completed a traineeship and worked as a content developer at Inter IKEA Systems B.V. and held an internship at Volkswagen de México. Michaela is pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal.
