Morgane Bastard is the current Responsable du Département de l’Architecture d’intérieur, du Merchandising et de la Communication at IKEA Hauts de France. They founded MILDAMM in 2022 and have previously held significant roles, including Responsable Merchandising at RougeGorge Lingerie from 2016 to 2022 and Responsable Merchandising Groupe at KIABI from 2013 to 2016. Morgane has also worked as a Visuel Merchandiser International at Camaieu from 2006 to 2007 and has been involved in education as an Intervenante en Merchandising de Gestion at École MJM Graphic Design since 2020. They hold a DESS in Marketing from Toulouse School of Management and a Licence et Maitrise in Commerce Vente Merchandising from Université d'Artois.
