Moritz Pulss

Moritz Pulss is currently serving as the Global Head of IKEA Home Improver Platform since November 2025. Previously, Moritz held several roles at HUGO BOSS from September 2017 to November 2025, including Senior Manager E-Commerce for the Western Hub, where responsibility encompassed the commercial strategy for the marketplace business across Western and Southern Europe, overseeing P&L and collaborating with cross-functional teams in five countries. Moritz also contributed to platform businesses for various e-commerce partners and managed strategic operations with key marketplaces. Prior experience includes sales associate roles at Giorgio Armani and HUGO BOSS. Moritz's educational background includes an M.Sc. in Business Administration and E-Business from Copenhagen Business School and a B.A. in Business Administration from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
