Nitin Surendran

Nitin Surendran is a Product UX Designer at IKEA since August 2022, focusing on 3D and spatial commerce in collaboration with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts. Previously, Nitin served as a Senior Product Designer at Beat, working with navigation and driver-passenger matching teams. Nitin's earlier experience includes an Interaction Design student role at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, Product Designer positions at redBus—where Nitin contributed to enhancing sports experiences for 40 million users—and Sportskeeda. Nitin began a career as a UX Designer and Business Development Executive at Appiness Interactive Pvt. Ltd. Nitin holds a Master's degree in Interaction Design from the Copenhagen Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
