Oya Ünlü serves as the Global Head of Data & Technology for Insights at IKEA and also held the role of Global Head of Data & Technology for Customer and Market Insights at the same company. Oya Ünlü has extensive experience in leading digital product strategies, data analytics, and technology chapters. Previous experience includes a variety of roles at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, where Oya Ünlü managed digital transformation initiatives and front-end product delivery. Oya Ünlü has also contributed as a technology council member for Forbes Technology Council and as an official member of European Women on Boards. Academic credentials include Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
