Paula Herrera is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in managing commercial relationships and driving sales growth across various markets in Latin America. Currently serving as the Sales Manager at IKEA since May 2022, Paula previously held roles including Territory Sales Manager for Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, and Panamá at Haworth, where strategic growth initiatives were developed. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Ezgo S.A. as Commercial Director and Project Director, where achievements in client consolidation and operational management were realized. Holding a Master’s Degree in Commercial Management and International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Paula combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to effectively engage clients and enhance profitability.
