Pierre Birot

Pierre Birot is an experienced public affairs professional currently serving at IKEA since July 2018 as Responsable affaires publiques and previously held roles including Chargé de relations presse corporate and Corporate Press Officer. Prior to IKEA, Pierre worked at Havas Paris from April 2014 to July 2018 as a Senior Consultant and intern focusing on public affairs and media relations for major clients. Earlier experience includes an assistant role at the Préfecture de Région Aquitaine, involved in European cooperation programs, and an internship at the European Commission, where Pierre coordinated events and handled regulatory matters regarding the free movement of professionals. Pierre holds a Master's degree in European Careers from Sciences Po Bordeaux and completed an Erasmus Exchange at Uppsala University.
