凃嘉星

嘉星 凃 has over eight years of experience in the chocolate industry and currently works as an Engineering & Quality Leader at 宜家. Previously, they held positions at Blommer Chocolate Company, where they served as Technology Manager and Assistant Process Manager, and at 玛氏食品 as a Cocoa Development Scientist and Process Engineer. 嘉星 holds a master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry from Wuhan University, which they completed in 2012. Always eager for new challenges, they are now expanding their expertise in the bakery sector.
