Roger Andersson Reimer is an accomplished Design & Innovation Leader at IKEA since May 2021, previously serving as Principal Strategic Designer. Prior experience includes co-founding and leading Topp Design & Innovation, where Roger played a critical role in establishing the agency as an internationally recognized entity, and working as a Business Designer. Earlier roles include User Experience Designer at BlackBerry, where contributions were vital in developing the BlackBerry 10 user experience, and at TAT AB, leading design initiatives for PayPal's mobile wallet. Additional experience includes designing for Vodafone's social and location-based services. Roger holds a d.MBA and Master's degrees in Interaction Design and Cognitive Science from Malmö University and Umeå University, respectively.
