Roman Bojko

Roman Bojko has extensive experience in business consulting, having worked as a Business Consultant at Hub Innovation from 2011 to 2017 and as a Junior Business Consultant at Ganymedes from 2009 to 2010. They served as a Teacher of Mathematics for Computing and Business at the National University of Mongolia in 2009-2010 and have held various leadership positions within AIESEC, including Country Manager in both Mongolia and the Czech Republic. Currently, Roman is the Human Rights and Social Impact Leader at IKEA, where they focus on improving everyday life for people throughout the value chain, building on previous roles in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability within IKEA Group from 2019 to 2023. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Economics in Prague and a Master's from the Blekinge Institute of Technology.
