Romi Chordia

Romi Chordia is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Product Owner for Talent Management at IKEA since September 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at Capgemini from June 2011 to September 2021, where Romi held various roles including Senior Business Analyst, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Prior to that, a brief internship at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited was completed in May 2010. Romi began a career at Infosys, working as a Techno-Functional Consultant from July 2006 to May 2009. Academic achievements include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing & Strategy from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Electronics and Communication from the University of Rajasthan. Early education was completed at Maheshwari Public School.
