Rowan Koppens

Rowan Koppens is currently a People & Culture Partner at Inter IKEA Group, where they advise and collaborate on all people and culture-related matters. Prior to this role, Rowan served as a Corporate Recruiter and HR Business Partner at Royal Schiphol Group, leading various recruitment initiatives and HR projects. Their experience includes working as a Global Tech Recruiter and HR Generalist at UL, where they focused on employer branding and technical recruitment across the EMEA region. Rowan also contributed to the academic community as a Trainer for PhD students transitioning to industry and began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at YoungCapital. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Hague University of Applied Sciences and a certification in HR Strategy from Nyenrode Business University.
