Sara Pimenta

Sara Pimenta is currently the Leadership & Competence Leader at IKEA Portugal, where they lead the execution of training initiatives to support leadership and competence development. Previously, they served as a Recruiter in People & Culture, managing the complete recruitment process, and as a Project Leader for the Refugees' Skills for Employment Program, where they developed partnerships and oversaw project management. Sara began their career at IKEA as a People & Culture Trainee. They hold a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
