Sara Segergren is currently serving as the Innovation Leader at IKEA, Ingka, Group Sustainability, a position held since 2021. Previously, Sara held various roles at IKEA Group from 2010 to 2013, including National Purchaser of Indirect Material and Services, Project Manager, and Projects Manager focused on Sustainability & Innovation development. Before that, Sara worked as a Business Developer and Need Planner at Ikea Components from 2009 to 2010. Sara earned a Kandidatexamen in Project Management from Högskolan i Halmstad, graduating in 2004.
