Shanshan Li, also known as Licca Li, is the Global Head of Home Furnishing and Retail Design for IKEA Retail (INGKA Group), where they lead a team of over 8,000 designers to innovate home furnishing experiences. With more than 22 years of experience in retail leadership, Shanshan previously held several key positions at IKEA, including Deputy Country Sales Manager and Country Communication & Interior Design Manager in China, where they significantly contributed to sales growth and store expansions. They earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Sichuan Business College from 1995 to 1998.
