Shantanu Maitra is a Global Director at Ikea, leading digital transformation initiatives. Previously, Shantanu served as a Sr. Manager at EY, overseeing large-scale IT projects and managing a team of over 120 data professionals. With more than 14 years of experience across various sectors including FMCG, finance, and telecom, Shantanu has expertise in SAP ERP implementations and data analytics. Shantanu holds an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, along with several global certifications in project management and quality assurance.
